I'm back

So much has happened in the last week and a half.

I have finally got a job. It is badly paid but will make sure we are all fed. I guess I will see how it develops. It is working with young people who need support in school which is what I really want to do. So watch this space.

Last week I was in Austria. We went to Lungoetz, Salzburg, Wolfgangsee (St. Wolfgang and St. Gilgen), Maria Alm, Kitzlochkamm, Annaberg and Berchtesgaden (which is in Germany). I was accompanying another 3 teachers and helping them look after 33 12,13 and 14 year olds!!! It was actually a fantastic experience which I really enjoyed. The kids were fabulous and it was a pleasure to have taken them. Sadly it did not just rain for the first three days, it absolutely poured. It was so bad that there was a flood alert in the area we were staying and we had to change our trips a little as the Koenigssee and one of the gorges we wanted to see were closed for safety reasons.

The scenery was stunning and, Bayarts, I will check your information on how to put up pictures and get some posted. I would love to go skiing there and might just try to take there kids skiing either this or next winter (depending on the finances!!.

Back to my old school to do some German speaking exams tomorrow and get loads of paperwork finished. Am going to get my life nicely organised so that I can think clearly and get my career sorted.
